Claremont Council Member Ed Reece is the current Chairperson of the Foothill Gold Line Construction Authority Board of Directors and has been on the Construction Authority board for four years and, before that, served on the poject’s Joint Powers Authority board. Lisa Levy Buch, As the chief communication and strategic development officer for Foothill Gold Line Construction Authority, oversees all agency communications, community outreach, and its media relations program. as a 30-year communications veteran with a background in environmental and transportation planning, she has worked in all areas of transportation, including planning for many controversial projects throughout the region, overcoming considerable opposition. LaShawn King Gillespie is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Foothill Transit. She has been part of the Foothill Transit team for almost two decades and has been a crucial member of many of the agency’s landmark initiatives, including the launch of Foothill Transit’s zero emissions bus program and the establishment of the nation’s largest hydrogen fuel cell fleet. Joseph raquel is foothill transit's director of planning and information technology. Previously, Joseph was a Director, Planning at Foothill Transit Agency and also held positions at Veolia Transportation/ Foothill Transit Contract, Veolia Transportation, Pathology, Bio-diagnostics and Laboratories, Orange County Health Care Agency, Disneyland. Joseph received a MBA degree from University of California at Irvine.
